The purpose of this program is to change an attitude towards food. This is accomplished with behavior Modification, Imagery and Self Awareness
I, in no way, suggest calorie intake. There are many diets that work.

Six Week  Plan



Session 1, Week 1
Make a commitment to yourself to lose weight. Make a choice to be slimmer. Choose foods that are in tune with healthy eating and weight loss. Eat slowly, learn to relish every bite. Eliminate sweets. Begin the pre-sleep formula.

Session 2, Week 2
Each day it becomes easier and easier to eat less and lose weight. As you reduce the amount of food you eat, you begin to reduce your size. You are learning to require less food, because you are eating more slowly. Food is for nourishment only. We Eat to live, we  do never Live to eat.
Personal declarations to yourself that you deserve the time and effort to lose fat and flab.

Session 3 Week 3
Unlock the slimmer image. There is a slim person inside you waiting to get out.
I will not allow anyone or anything to defeat me
Hypnosis reduces the chore of weight loss. Change your life by changing your physical structure. Food is not a treat or treatment. It cures nothing.

Session 4, Week 4
I am in control of my life and my habits. Hypnosis helps  you deal with emotional eating. Categorize your priorities. You are in control of your emotions. Relaxation will help you to control your eating.

Session 5, Week 5
You have gained a relaxed attitude towards eating, choosing foods that will help you achieve your goals.  Your enjoyment of foods that are conducive  to your weight loss,  is becoming greater. Your energy is increasing every day. Your confidence is too.

Session 6, Week 6
Motivation. This will help you realize and achieve all your goals. Encouraging you to see your struggle and go all the way to get what you want.
Session 7   This session  FREE!

  • Motivation  This session will  help motivate you with  staying at your goal and to keep weight off! (or for any other motivation need you may have) . It can be used with the other tapes in any way you choose.
  • -OR  Exercise!  Start exercising to start that fat burning machine.
