  5. Thou Shalt...Count to 5 between bites
  6. Thou Shalt...Take a pause in the middle of a meal
  7. Thou Shalt...Eat your meals on an 8 inch plate
  8. Thou Shalt...Be aware of what you're eating
  9. Thou Shalt...Keep a journal of what you're eating every day
  10. Thou Shalt...Have confidence in yourself
